Greetings, I am Stacy L. Thomas. I am an associate licensed therapist specializing in grief, trauma, and all other life challenges that need to be managed. My goal for you is to experience “Kintsugi”, the Japanese word for repair and leaving gold seams where the cracks were by the conclusion of our sessions.

I have had the blessing of working with people experiencing mental health crises for over 20 years, mostly from a law enforcement perspective.  I am currently working on certifications in music and art therapy.

Your sessions will be conducted with optimum confidence and taken as seriously as a person who means the world to me.

Having been in law enforcement for over 20 years I have a special insight and passion for first responders who are seeking therapy as well.

My therapeutic approach will be solely based on the individual and their needs.
